A few years into my tenure with Sinasoid, we span off this sister company to offer a diversified line of guitar accessories without diluting Sinasoid’s brand strength.
We identified existing market gaps to fill underserved niches and strategically partnered with B2B oriented manufacturers to offer high-value rebranded products directly to consumers. I researched and surveyed our customer base for pricing strategies and most hotly requested features for each product type, then sourced and finalized retail model details and fulfillment methodology for our first few product runs.
I helped carefully select and design high end products under the Squatch brand to compete with established top shelf players. Coordinated and managed manufacturing processes to establish and maintain brand values and aesthetic.
I designed all of the company branding, product look and feel, and additional merchandise for launch, then built and populated our website on Shopify with a full complement of new web assets and copy with our marketing team. I also primed partner media outlets for launch with opening day material and early access to products for review. Squatch’s limited runs have sold out almost every time!
