<p>i freaking love the devil wears prada&#8230; this is common knowledge. i&#8217;ve previously avoided the <strong>Zombie</strong> EP because i&#8217;d heard it was less melodic and more straight metal/metalcore. it&#8217;s also the least christian of the TDWP&#8217;s back catalog, and i know they wanted to just make a fun zombie CD. i&#8217;ve heard snippets, but today i finally sat down and really listened.</p>
<p>it&#8217;s actually a surprisingly fun EP. imagining an outrageous zombie apocalypse is one of the things our generation is actually BEST at.</p>
<p>all of these songs are going in the list of &#8220;best songs for an actual zombie apocalypse&#8221;. the top of that list, however, still goes to the brandon bolmer-headed chiodos track, <em>Those Who Slay Together Stay Together</em>. that is a freaking killer [literally] song. video for that here:</p>
